Cinquain Poems Part 3

WALT write Cinquain poems. Today for poem writing we had to write Cinquain poems. Cinquain poems are poems where there are five lines and they have to have a syllable pattern the pattern is: First line: 2 syllables
second line: 4 syllables
third line: 6 syllables
the fourth line: 8 syllables
the fifth line: 2 syllables
These are my two Cinquain poems...

                 Lollies
           Lollies are yum
       there are so many sorts
make sure you brush your teeth after
                  or else

              Scrunchies
             all different
     They are multi-colored
warm, fuzzy, smooth, and so many
                the end

               Classrooms
         Classrooms are rooms
        Look there is a teacher!
Classrooms are places to learn things
               Classrooms

                   All hats
       They keep you safe
  They protect you from sun
There are lot of different hats

  1. Wow Clara! You wrote so many poems! I'm glad to see you are enjoying them. My favourite one might be the one about the toilet. How did you decide what to write about?
